1 cup rice
Sambal belacan - 1 tablespoon
Minced Meat
Bawang Merah - chopped
Bawang Putih - chopped
1 egg
1 stalk lemongrass (serai) - finely chopped
salt to taste

Steps
1) Heat oil in wok
2) Fry garlic and onion till fragrant
3) Add in sliced lemongrass
4) Add in minced meat, continue to fry
5) Stir in egg, mix together till fragrant
6) Add in rice, add salt and sugar
7) Garnish with coriander leave, fried onion and sliced chillies (i don't have it in my stock.. sigh!)
